The Story
Baldr Odinson gained invulnerability to all things in all realms, thanks to his mother Freya's handiwork. However, Freya overlooked one unassuming, bright green plant: mistletoe. After discovering this the ever mischievous Loki crafted a laced spear which ultimately brought Baldr's demise.
Inspired by this story, this sauce brings waves of fresh lime and cilantro with subtle stings of jalapeno to remind us the seemingly harmless might pack a hidden punch.
