Sorry have not opened all yet waiting todo the challenge. But I made a trinidad/ghost pepper seasoning with smoked paprika and cumin with garlic and onion and a couple other ingredients it came out super good mostly smokey flavor love it. Going to make a hot sauce with all three after I do the challenge. It will be my first hot sauce super excited.
