Once you have the whole pepper or bag of Ghost, Scorpion, or Reaper gumballs, record yourself eating a single gumball or pepper. You do not need to consume the stem if you are eating a pepper. You do not need to consume the whole bag but huge bonus points for the more you eat. Next, send us a YouTube video link of yourself consuming the pepper/gumball and your reaction up to 2 minutes thereafter. If you are using our gumballs for the challenge, blow a bubble for extra points.

If we feel your submission is valid, we will post your video on our Wall of Pain.

Good luck!

Update 12.12.16 - You can drink to wash it down but you can't consume anything thereafter for at least a 2 minutes. (Previous submissions excluded from this rule). By the way drinking anything other than a milk based product only makes your pain much worse. Feel free to eat or drink whatever you like after 2 minutes. We feel your pain.
