Poke has many similar ingredients to sushi, cucumber, avocado, rice, and salmon. We spice up the dish by creating a habanero mayo, usingĀ Sonoran Spice Habanero Powder. - 1Ā Cucumber, sliced
- 14Ā ozĀ Sushi Grade SalmonĀ Cut to bite sized pieces
- 2Ā tspĀ Sriracha Sauce
- Black Sesame SeedĀ Use for garnish
For Habanero Mayo
- 2Ā tbspĀ Mayonnaise
- 1/2Ā tbspĀ Sriracha Sauce
- 1Ā pinchĀ Sonoran Spice Habanero Powder
- 1/2Ā tspĀ Sesame Oil
- 1Ā tspĀ Sugar
Instructions
Instructions for the Habanero Mayo

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.Ā

The taste should be sweet, spicy, and slightly tangy.

Set aside until needed.
For Spicy Salmon

Mix together salmon cubes, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Give a quick mix and set aside.
Assemble the Poke Bowl

Add cooked rice in a bowl

Top with avocado slices, cucumber slices, spicy salmon, and habanero mayo.
