Great balance of heat and sweet

This candy was perfect for the swift. She really enjoyed it.

The brittle by itself is great, crunchy but not tacky or overly hard and a good peanut flavor. There isn't a ton of pepper flavor which is slightly disappointing. What isn't disappointing is it's spice level, a good medium level heat, you'll feel it but it right at the level where you can keep eating and letting it build and build.

Very tasty! Would be five stars if the two pieces of peanut brittle were separated by a sheet of waxed paper or something. As it is, they amounted to one REALLY THICK piece, and consuming it required a hammer.

Thank you to all the people who made this. It is delicious, right amount of heat, right amount of sweet. Keep up the good work. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
