Fish Taco with Ghost Pepper Chipotle Lime Dressing

I love ordering fish tacos, the crispy fried batter, the citrus of the lime, it’s like magic! However, I don’t love that I have to go to a restaurant to get them. I always thought that recreating these tasty tacos called for a deep fryer or a whole bottle of oil. I am here to tell you, that isn’t the case, you can make these tasty fish tacos at home!

Now, Tilapia is budget-friendly fish that holds up well when frying. Tilapia has Omega 6 fats and helps keep your cholesterol low. This recipe is going to give a light fry to the fish, no greasy mess!

The special twist to this dish is going to be the Ghost Pepper. Ghost Pepper in the top 3 hottest peppers, with a Scoville Scale rating of 1,041,427 SHU! Ghost Peppers won’t just bring extreme heat but a lasting memory! Too Spicy? Try adding a side of sour cream, the dairy can resolve the capsaicin of the pepper, reducing the burn.

This taco balances the soft, crispy fillet topped with chipotle lime dressing and crunchy slaw!
