If you selected USPS International as your shipping service and you live in a country other than the USA your package may appear like it is stuck in a major city. This is usually not the case. What is happening is your package has departed the USA and is either on the way to your country or it is in customs in your country. The time between when it is in customs and when customs hand the package off to the carrier in your home country causes the delay from the time the package was last scanned. Once customs releases the package, the tracking will resume. In countries like Canada, India, etc., they may have thier own postal services that USPS hands the package off to. This means that if your package appears stuck, try going to your local country's postal service site. So say you live in Canada and you selected USPS International at checkout from our site. The package will likely depart the USA at Los Angeles International Airport and stop tracking from there. You can then go to the Canadian Post website and enter the USPS tracking number and you will see when your order clears customs and when it will be delivered.
