I used the baba ghanoush as a spread in my amazing vegan sandwiches with carrots, cucumbers, sun-dried tomatoes, and Sonoran Spice Bird’s Eye Chili Flakes. Bird’s Eye Chili has a medium heat to it, adding the right amount of heat to this dish.
This toast is one I enjoy for breakfast, giving me energy for the day ahead. Kids also enjoy this treat and will provide the veggies they need to grow big and strong! Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime to get just the right amount of zest and enjoy!
As usual, we like to spice things up with some of the most delicious chili powders. In this case, the star of the show is Sonoran Spice Cayenne Pepper Powder, which sends our spicy ratatouille to the next level. All in all, this dish is a very nutritious lunch for everybody and super easy to make!
The only thing that requires cooking in this one is the couscous – and that’s so easy. Different types of couscous cook differently – so just follow the instructions on the package. Usually, it varies between 2 and 10 minutes. All the other ingredients are fresh and easy to use.
I cooked some oyster mushrooms today, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh thyme on a griddle pan – they look just like chicken. These mushrooms are a great alternative if you are wanting to begin a plant-based lifestyle. The texture is quite similar to chicken. Their taste is phenomenal.
