I use this Ghost Pepper in my Extra Hot and Smokin' Hot Mustards, it is consistantly perfect, the grind is fine and incorporates perfectly, the heat packs the perfect punch. The use of the word perfect over and over is intentional because it is. The "HOT" segments of my product line have grown 400% since i switched to Sonoran's Ghost Pepper.
The amount you get for the price and the spicy kick the powder brings is phenomenal. Just a little pinch of it and it satisfies my spicy cravings. Would totally buy again at a bigger size cause if you really love spice you will get through this small bottle in a heartbeat.
