I make custom jerky. Have a lady I work with from Nepal that I could not get her chicken jerky hot enough for her. Everything I used could only get the heat level up to a 5 for her. All my other customers said it was a level 12. I ordered the 3 spice set of Ghost Pepper, Trinidad Scorpion and Carolina Reaper pepper flakes. Used 1/2 tsp all 3 together in 3lbs of chicken. She doesn’t ask for me to make it hotter now.

I have been spicing up my food with Ghost Pepper flakes for over a year and wow does it bring out the flavor! Be careful not to use too much or you will be on fire. One bottle will last all year and I use it to spice up soups, stews, gumbo, meat loaf, just about anything. I even tried it on ice cream! Really looking forward to enjoying the Trinidad and Carolina Reaper.

These flakes taste great with everything! We especially love adding it to pizza or fried rice to give it a punch of flavor. Don't abuse it if it's your first time trying super spicy flakes though, this is the real deal.
