These pepper flakes have amazing flavor and heat. It’s the perfect way to control the level of spice you want. And it doesn’t change the flavor of your food, it just enhances it. Sonoran Spice Company has been my go to for years. The customer service is great and the orders always arrive in a timely way. I recommend this company to anyone who loves spicy food.

The flavor is amazing. The heat ain't no joke. If you sprinkle this into a jar of pickles or olives and give it a week.....game over you can't stop eating them.

They taste great and are the perfect way to add spice without affecting the flavor. They do kind of stink, but that could just be how all that dried scorpion peppers smell like! I will keep a supply of this for the rest of my life.

Awesome flakes, I have increased the heat of almost everything I eat with these. Caution to those who aren't sure, you need a decent spice tolerance to eat these or the reaper flakes unless you want a bad time, and you can ask a couple of my coworkers for conformation.
I've been ordering from Sonoran Spice Company for several now, and my favorite is the Trinidad Moruga Scorpins Flakes, as you can see, I have 2 bottles. I usually order one for extra's, this is really good on everything to pizza, noodles, meat, anything that is cooked.

At first, I went on Amazon, but when I found out Sonoran Spice Company sold them as well, I have been ordering from them as well, I use them on everything, my noodles, my rice, my meat, shrimp, they taste delicious on everything. This is the second review I've left on the Sonoran Spice Website, and I would do so again.

Good and spicy.
I started ordering this back in June when my brother brought some over & left it at my house for me to use. After when I tried it, I asked him where did he order it from & from where. So I looked up your website & in June I ordered 3 bottles. One was a Carolina Pepper Flakes, the other 2 was a Trinidad Moruga Scorpions Flakes. Since then I have 1 every month. At first, I would put it on my noodles, then rice, but in reality, it tastes great on everything! And I for one love spicy food 😋. And I will continue to order 1 each month. 1 may still have 3 bottles but that's just in case guests come over and the holidays are coming up.

Add Vietnamese Pho Bowls! Try this to blow your mind - add a light shake or two of these Trinidad Scorpion flakes to "Snapdragon Vietnamese Pho Bowls" available from Cosco or Amazon. Also add 2x hard boiled eggs. These pepper flakes give it amazing heat and also the flavor pairing goes very well together. The eggs thicken it up a bit. You will not be disappointed!
What an amazing product This is no joke, I love it an use it to make spice rubs.... Let me tell you that the heat and earthy flavor are amazing. I find the 1kg pouches the best deal and I would recommend to anyone who enjoys heat!!!
